"Not all those that wander are lost."
The Black 01
When the world goes post-apocalyptic this is how I hope we all dress.
I would so wear all of this.
This is really powerful.
Oh my god, this is such a perfect way to make a statement.
Reblogging this again because it’s so fucking good
this is fucking amazing
i’ll never not reblog
It is the civic duty of a female to reblog this, regardless of blog style.
^ no. its the duty of any PERSON who has ever struggled with self esteem issues brought on by senseless media pressures to reblog this.
I feel like I am immune to media like this simply because I have worked in it. However, I know many others are not resistant. This is for you.
Marilyn Manson speech on blame.
Stay away from Kirkland Signature pistachio nuts! In one of the nuts, which you can buy at costco, I found a maggot about the same size as a thumb nail. Not only is this revolting, but if swallowed without being killed they could start a process called myiasis, otherwise known as the eating of human/animal flesh. Please spread the word
Holy shit. Signal boost.
>continues eating her bag of pistachios…
A+ for gif usgae
Rapist's gonads were crushed between two stones.
1-2 years of jail and victim-blaming, rapist-sympathetic media coverage.
I see a lot of misconceptions about this so I just wanted to make this point clear. Even if you don’t personally want to ever go through an abortion you’re still pro choice if you think that it should be a personal choice.
This explains why the pills destroyed your libido:
http://www.nature.com/npp/journal/v31/n10/full/1301090a.html
I have data on my DNA (wonderful investment) and it shed light on the unfortunate and what seemed like permanent side effect: absolutely no sexual desire.
Going from borderline hypersexuality to no libido was a shock to me. I wish I had the information in this study before I took those antidepressants. Even though I was only on them for 4 months or so, the next two years were miserable…as I knew how much I liked sex, and yet no longer wanted it (which triggered a lot of guilt and strain in my marriage)
However…I think I found a “cure”
A couple weeks ago I started taking medicinal marijuana via edibles or vaporizer. Not enough to “be high” (honestly I don’t care for that feeling) but to help with migraine and back/neck pains that are immobilizing.
Earlier this week, even though I wasn’t thrilled about the idea of sex to begin with, I gradually had a pretty fucking fantastic night.
Last night, I actually wanted it.
This morning, I wanted it.
I think my sex drive is coming back and is directly related to my use of cannabis. In fact, there are many women who praise the drug for how well it combats their own sexual disfunction.
It makes sense. Weed relaxes you and gets rid of stress and extra thoughts from your mind. A big cock block for girls, is the fact that we do have too much on our minds and aren’t able to shut it off quite as well as most men (note: there are many exceptions). Weed solves that.
I hope that with the legalization in the NW, it won’t be too “taboo” to have the idea that a drug can help a woman want and enjoy sex.

Has anyone else experienced this? Or, has anyone else had the opposite effect?
you see this?
it’s called a razor
if you’re a girl, USE IT
your hairy legs and armpits aren’t cute okay
you’re not helping out for woman’s rights or anything
YOU’RE JUST MAKING YOURSELF LOOK NASTY
Or!
Women have been socialized to believe that they must remove hair for a number of reasons, primarily the following:
- hair is historically and Biblically associated with power; we as a patriarchal culture are obsessed with keeping hair on men (facial hair, Hair Club for Men, hair plugs, whatever) and keeping it off women. You say hair on women is nasty; why is it only hair on women? Women and men have the same pubic hair. We all grow it out of our follicles for the same reason. Why is it only gross on women?
- women’s bodies have been considered the property of men since the dawn of time, and therefore we have been held to a standard of beauty and attractiveness that is not determined by us but is instead determined by something called the male gaze, which is erases all sexualities and genders other than cisgender heterosexual men and assumes that women are performing for it.
- childlike women are considered less “threatening” and more “feminine” because they are naive, quiet, and rely on ~*adult men*~ to take care of them.
AND ALSO:
- there is a fallacy about pubic hair that it is dirty. It is not dirty. In fact, it’s there to keep your genitals cleaner. Pubic hair and armpit hair are also there to spread your pheromones around and make it easier for you to attract a mate.
- all mammals have hair. We’re mammals.
AND FINALLY:
- No one else’s body is your business. Ever. You want to shave? Go ahead! That’s totally your prerogative and if you’re more comfortable shaving, feel free. But given that pubic hair isn’t innately dirty, there’s no reason for anyone to remove it if they don’t want to.
You’re not sending out some edgy, hardcore message here. You’re just reinforcing what our culture wants you to reinforce. Before you pick up that razor again, think about why you want to shave. Is it just because our culture told you to? Why’d they tell you to? What’s the point?
Do what makes you comfortable and what makes you happy, and let others do the same.
amazeballs.
I feel like I want to punch that girl (in the picture) in the face.
Reblogging for commentary
I want to forcibly shave OP’s head
laughing because my pit hair will eternally be 200x more cute than this girl’s attitude towards others’ bodies (;
PS That razor sucks.

I shave like…not very often because my skin is too damn sensitive However, I have an extreme dislike to excess hair. I can’t even clean a person’s long hair out of a drain without gagging uncontrollably.
I’m going to get more laser hair removal treatment, since I prefer the feel of being hairless in some areas (or short in others…like the hair on my head) and prefer some areas to be groomed simply for aesthetic purposes (like plucking eyebrows…). However, I am rather hairy overall.
This said, one should never feel like they are supposed to shave their bodies (and keep the hair on the head long). You should only do what YOU want.
Heh, one of the things that drove me headstrong away from Christianity, was a part in the bible where it says a woman should always have her head covered in worship, because if she doesn’t she might as well have her hair cut short because it is disgraceful to her husband…and I was all like “So…if I already have my hair cut short…”
Don’t ever feel bad for being gay. Don’t ever feel bad for being straight. Don’t ever feel bad for being white. Don’t ever feel bad for being asian. Don’t ever feel bad for being african american. Don’t ever feel bad for being bisexual. Don’t ever feel bad for being asexual. Don’t ever feel bad…
I’m proud of being a mutt. :) European, African, Asian, and Native American… <3
EA Responds To Being Named ‘The Worst Company in America’
In a recent poll on Consumerist.com, it was decided that Electronic Arts was the worst company in America. This is the second year in a row that EA has taken the top prize. In response, EA’s COO Peter Moore has released this statement.
This is the greatest letter ever. Seriously. This makes me happy.
Sim City is buggy as hell but I still play it hours a day.
I also really fucking love the “The Sims” series.
Baa. Baa baa.
So you know how there’s that post saying how people should invent birth control for men? (Take bullets out of a gun, not put on a bullet proof best) Well here it is. If some of you had actually researched it for like, 5mins, you would’ve actually found it.
Here’s the link:
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/mobileweb/2012/04/03/male-birth-control-reversible_n_1400708.html
To put it simply, the whole procedure takes about 15mins and lasts 10 years with a 100% success rate.
After an anesthetic, there’s an injection of some sperm-killing gel (Vasal Gel) into the male vas deferens. If the guy wants it reversed, he can get another shot which does that.
So, spread the word or something, but here it is.
How this post hasn’t gone viral by now is fucking beyond me.
because feminists don’t want men to have any sort of control over whether they want babies of not
women can choose to take birth control, or lie about taking it
but men? men should wear condoms that reduce their pleasure in sex dramatically, and rely almost whole-heartedly on the woman to avoid having kids
feminists (that have a voice in government) have been against the idea of a male birth control pill for as long as the female birth control pill has been around
I was going to write a lengthy reply about why guys do have fun options…but then I saw this… http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2257162/Man-poked-holes-condoms-girlfriend-pregnant-looses-appeal-assault-charge.html
I don’t know a single girl who has gone to prison for taking a pill late. This is shitty.
literally me if i get married
Perfect lol
That 1 man out of 16,667 who requires a circumcision later in life will be treated much differently than the newborn.
The older male will know what is going to be done, the newborn is confused and so afraid. The man will be unconscious on an operating table, not strapped to a board awake and terrified. The man’s foreskin has naturally detached from the glans, the newborn’s foreskin is fused to the head of the penis and must be ripped, crushed and clamped before it can be cut. The man will receive adequate pain medication during and after the procedure and can vocalize his needs during the healing process, the infant gets a sugar coated pacifier and some Tylenol whenever mommy feels like it. The man can get air to his wound, the infant sits in his urine and feces. Don’t cut babies.
Health Doesn’t Come In a Scalpel
So glad my husband agreed full heartedly when I said I didn’t want to circumcise any son(s) we have. <3
